I started Nourishment as a way to help people come together over a meal at the dinner table. Today’s fast-paced culture is making it more and more difficult to slow down and prioritize what truly matters. I believe gathering and connecting over food is one of the simplest ways we can relish our families and loved ones.
I was fortunate enough to grow up in a household where we sat down for family dinner almost every night. Those dinners built the foundation of my value system and shaped who I am today. I’m forever grateful for the memories made over nightly dinners; that’s why I'm dedicated to helping families come to the table.
